Good oral health is essential to great OVERALL health. Brushing and flossing are essential to maintaining a healthy mouth.
- Brush 2 minutes 2 times a day using a fluoride toothpaste.
- Floss once a day.
- Always Help children under 8 brush and floss.
- Fluoride toothpaste is a great tool but make sure you are using the correct amount.
